Piper Temporary Guest: Active U.S. Ski & Snowboard athlete who will be staying for less than 30 consecutive days and will not leave belongings in the house. No rent or payment is required.
You will be asked to sign off on the rules below starting with your next/first visit. (You will only need to sign off one time).
We are pleased to offer you the ability to stay temporarily in the Piper house for U.S. Ski Team & Snowboard training and/or rehab at the COE or any location in Park City as the team sees fit.
Please update your dates on this TRACKING SHEET for each visit you plan to stay.
The Piper House is a full-time residence for others, the following rules are in place for all temporary guests:
Check-out Rules
Take ALL your belongings when you leave - we can’t store items left behind. If you need to temporarily store something, please speak with Carol Jeske.
Reset your room - when you leave - wash the sheets, remake the bed, and leave the room clean and neat the way you received it
Clean up after yourself throughout the house - remove any food and clean up any mess you made in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc
General Rules
The following rules are important to us and will affect your future ability to stay in the home.
No parties. No more than 4 total guest/visitors in the house at a time (including yourself)
General visitor hours are 9am - 9pm.
After 9pm is quiet time. All guests should be out, and all noise should be minimal.
NOTE: The Long-Term Piper Tenants may bend quiet time, you may not.
NO overnight guests allowed (Note: full-time Piper Tenants are allowed infrequent overnight guests)
No pets, no visitor pets
The following 3 rules are grounds for immediate removal from the property and you will not be allowed to return:
No Smoking
No illegal substances or activity on the property (this includes marijuana)
No Firearms

The following rules are important to us to keep the house in working order. They are not grounds for removal from the property but rather helpful in keeping things organized, clean, and in working order. They also create peace in the household, which is very important to us.
Please do not rearrange the furniture without approval
Please take care of the furnishings and kitchen appliances
Accidents happen, if something breaks or gets broken, please let Carol Jeske know so we can work together to fix or replace it
House management issues come up, please let Carol Jeske know if something is not working or needs to be fixed (i.e garage door, AC, heat, dishwasher, laundry, etc)
Please respect your fellow roommates:
Privacy is important, please be considerate of everyone’s personal space. Do not enter a roommate’s bedroom without permission
Please be mindful of different schedules, avoid excessive noise in the early hours or late evenings
